The Prodata Solutions professional services team develops training programs from a core set of learning materials that are then customised to reflect the particular nature of a client's business environment. Information and data sets required to prepare a customised training program are inherently generated during an implementation project.

We appreciate that different approaches to training scheduling and delivery may be required depending on the specific nature of a client organisation. One of the following approaches is usually adopted; we can facilitate either as required:

• Multi-site (distributed) Approach - most suitable where client staff are required to remain at there home location and system roll-out can be staggered.

• Centralised Approach - most suitable when a synchronised 'go-live' is required and client staff are able to travel to a central location for training.
