Prodata Solutions understands that even the best technical solution will not succeed if it isn't implemented properly.

We also understand that implementation is not only a technical issue - people who are affected by system change need to be fully involved from the outset and given the support they need to make a smooth transition.

In recognition of the importance of the implementation task, Prodata Solutions has established the role of Implementation Manager for all of its software solutions. These members of the Prodata Solutions team are responsible for:

• Contributing to the development of realistic, client-specific implementation plans as part of the sales proposal process.

• Identifying and gaining access to the resources, including client resources, required for successful implementation project completion.

• Identifying and documenting issues that arise during an implementation project and driving resolution of the issues through modified business processes or software functionality changes.

• Ensuring smooth transition to 'live operation' status and gaining client sign-off.

• Participating in post-implementation reviews with client and internal teams.

• Provide feedback to product managers on ways in which applications can be enhanced or extended to better meet client needs.
